(2) Antimicrobial therapy : 별 결과 없다.
* 2nd trimester ruptured memb.
- maternal risk : ut. infection
- infant risk : pulmonary hypoplasia and limb compression deformities(due to oligohydramnios)
- prognostic factor : AFV and fetal age(24주 이후에는 pulm. hypoplasia가 없다. 그러나 불 행히도 fever 외에는 만족스러운 indicator가 없다.
